You would probably get cold.
On the slightly more serious side, I would suggest that if you ever decided to fly nude you might want to pack an outfit [or at least a muumuu] in your carry-on. Just in case.

the airline would be obligated -- by law, of course -- to escort you to their on-site boutique, where you'd select an outfit and nightclothes (whatever you needed for 24 hrs). if your size or style was not available, an overworked and harried liberal-arts grad would scurry off to the nearest mall to bring your chosen clothing within the hour (meanwhile, you would be given the choice of sauna, jacuzzi, tanning bed, and a beverage).

Naked flying, Naked Business meetings, naked for security reasons.
If we are flying naked then the only luggage everybody will be interested in packing will be condoms.
