Hope you guys can help out a fitness newbie

I am a 22 yr old male, and I am looking to join the Air Force here in Australia. I know the minimum physical requirements for entry, and meet them.

However, I feel very unfit and would like some help with some simple gym free excercises to help me with the following.
*Loose 10 Kg
*Drop my BMI by 3 points
*Develop strength in my arms, chest and back
*Develop Stamina

Can you tell me what I need to do? Can you tell me how? Any other areas I need to focus on? Let me know

Lift, run, swim, work out. You don't need a yahoo answer, you need a book and program. Start working out, and read up on it. Keep learning.

Use a rowing machine and lift a few weights. That will get you where you want to go quickest.
