Was there a secret agreement between the Israeli Government and the Bush administratin to topple Saddam in Iraq? Does Israel have a secret agenda to strike the heart of Iran? What does the Government of Iran know about any plans for attack against its country by Israel or any secret agenda that may exist to topple the current government?

Honestly, I doubt it. Don't think Paul Wolfowitz, who had a huge voice in pushing the plan (as early as '92) wasn't looking out for Israel.
