Yes, he should have. The Wizards didn't need to give the young Blazers bulletin board material.

I like agent zero...he improves every year. But he is inconsisent. He'll drop 50 one night then go 0 - 10 from the field on the next. But what's wrong with a little trash talking every now and then ... it brings excitement to the game (and apparently defense from the blazers)

Yeah, he probably should have. I like Arenas a whole lot but you don't give a team motivation like that (also know as "bulletin board material"). Plus, scoring 50 in an NBA game is really hard to you'll just look kinda stupid when you don't do it, which you probably won't. He should have kept it to himself as extra motivation.

That was just embarresing. hopefull Gil makes up for it next game. We'll see what he has to say about promising 50 and deliviring 9. Not only that he was 3-23 from the field

Yea,he definitly should have, I love Gil, but he should of kept it shut after the game too. He was saying because the team 'focused on defense' was the reason why he sucked, and the coach said that was insane. The Wiz need Jamison back...

All I know is he said he was gonna score 50 and he only had nine. Then he tried to blame it on Eddie Jordan. It wasn't the coach's fault he got shut down.

no, he should keep doing that. the nba needs a clown to sell tickets for people to watch boring match ups. who cares about wiz vs blazers anyway?
