Does he like me or something because I'm not gay or anything. Last practice I saw him looking at my crotch. What should I do or say?

you dont have to do anything..just do your stuff. maybe he just envy you..if he's really gay..who cares..anyways he cant have you. let him appreciate for what you have..goodluck to your practice

the kid looking at your crotch is probably self-conscious about himself in the swim suit it is that you guys ware during swimming. if you don't understand he is simply looking at you and comparing it to his crotch so he can see if there is a reason to be embarrassed about being seen in a speedo. basically he thinks he is small and feels uncomfortable and there is probably nothing gay about it.

Nothing. Ignore him. If he's getting a little bit irritating, ask him why he keeps looking at you.
