I think that Dr. Condoleeza Rice is a brilliant person (as her degree would suggest) but is too nice for the job. Anyway, our next president needs to close the border and attack Iran (and other threatening nations) with air power. That way we will use our nation's unparalled military might, therefore saving countless soldier's lives and also our opponents' civilians.

I think Condi is probably the smartest woman in the US, in public life anyway. She doesn't go around seeking out cameras so she can hop around from one side of every issue to the other. She just goes about her job, and is very good at it. She has a lot of savvy, diplomacy, and Yes-- I think she would make a fine President. I don't think she would be trying to make a name for herself. If by some chance she did run, it would be because she really felt that she could make a difference. Unfortunately, I don't think she is interested in the job.

Unsure. She's very smart and a natural diplomat. However, she seems to be a follower rather than a leader. I have heard the State Department is a mess since she became Secretary - i.e. she's a poor manager, they can't keep good staff.

Condoleeza Rice is a very intelligent and articulate young woman, but she is best suited in the world of academia where her experise in world matters would help young, naive college students.

Speaking from a liberal Democratic position of one who has already endorsed Hillary, I have to be honest. I Thing Condy would make a fine President. I would like nothing better than to see both the first female President of the United States be the second Clinton to hold office. But part of me would like to see a person of color in the White House. If that person happened to both female and of color, part of me feels it's would be a double blessing.

No she is over her head right now. She obviously thinks that neither Iran or the open border are a threat to the U.S. Therefore, no I really think she would be over her head, though she is a brilliant woman, she is too nice to be president.

But I would say if Condi could pull it off, it would be a great day for both women and black people. I would vote for her over shrill Hillary anyday, because Condi is less ruthless, smarter, and honest.

The worst president in the world. She is totally incompetent and scared of her own shadow, which is why we are not talking to Syria or Iran or Lebanon to try to end this stupid war. In all previous administrations, including Bush's first one, we had Secretaries of State who knew about DIPLOMACY. She doesn't, and it is impacting our country very negatively. Time magazine has a cover this week with her face saying that she is being forced to look at reality. About time!

No. Her credibility is forever tied to the Bush administration.
