I will answer your questions in order of you asking...
1) No you are not on the cusp.
2) The term cusp is used in Astrology to refer to the lapse in time between changing Sun Signs. Example: In November, the cusp starts Nov 19 and ends the 23rd. It changes every year, due to the way calendars are set up. A great example of a cusp, is the Equinoxes and Solstices. Every equinox and solstice is literally the day the signs change.
Some astrologers say that if you were born on the cusp, then you are half and half. This is impossible. You either are or are not a certain sign, depending on birthtime.
3) I have been doing some research on premature babies and if they take on the traits of the predestined sign to be or if they take on the traits of the sign they were actually born under. I have no conclusion yet, but I have met an interesting person who can make a case for taking on the traits of the predestined sign.

Your not on the cusp sweetie. Your considered a Sagittarius all the way. I'm a Sagittarius too. December 18th!!! I also agree with Milly about you being born on the day you were meant to be born on. You were only born 12 or 13 days early. I really wouldn't consider that premature. A lot of babies come almost a week or two early. I would consider premature a full month or two early. Your part of a great sign which is Sagittarius. I love being one!!!
