I would like my girl to have the nickname Anna but thought about giving her a longer formal name. My thoughts are: Adrianna, Deanna or Antonia. What do you think? Other Anna suggestions are more than welcome.

I love Adrianna and Deanna from your list. I tend to like Anna better on its own or as a nickname for a name that starts with Anna, like Annabel/Annabelle, Annaliese, or Annika. I don't think that Anna needs a "longer formal name" though - it's a perfectly nice and "formal" name all on its own! (Annie would be a different story.)

Brieanna, Ainsley, Annabelle, Analeise, Angelina, Annemarie, Julianna, Tatianna, Susanna, Arianna, Anastasia, Lianna.

I like the spelling Ana for a nickname too!

My favorites would be Anabel and Anastasia with the nickname Ana!

I like Adrianna. I know a girl at my son's school whose name is Adrianna and she goes by Anna(pronounced like Ana).

Why not name her Anna but add a middle name that works with it for a longer name, like 'Anna Marie'
