Here's my situation. I want to make a professional looking e-mail address. However, my whole name, first and last, is only 7 letters long, my last name being 3 letters.

I tried using, first name.last name, but of course, it's taken.

If anyone can help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I am using G-Mail, so most symbols such as _ are out of the question.

Thanks!

You can try your initials (first and/or middle) and attach them either at the beginning or end of your last name. For instance, my dad uses mfrempel (initials at beginning) and I use rempelhg (initials at end). Of course, taking out the dot and listing it as firstnamelastname is an option as well, or maybe inserting a number somewhere in the address (such as ch1chu).

An E-mail address does not require you to use your name at all. It can be anything you want it to be. Try sticking enterprises on the end.

You could put your whole name, as you said. You could also add a couple numbers, like numbers that have meaning to you (lucky or favorite number[s]). :) Or add a short saying/word like 'love' or 'peace'. :) I hope that those ideas help you!!
