The relationship? Well, by avoiding unhealthy behaviors, you help keep your body's systems fit and ready to fit disease.

Unhealthy behaviors - smoking, over-eating, lack of exercise, drug use, etc. all put stress on the body and weaken the immune response leaving the body more susceptible to disease.

Hope this helps!

I'm not sure I understand your question. Unhealthy behavior is a major cause of illness, so if you successfully promote a healthy lifestyle, you will prevent many diseases. If you persuade someone not to start smoking, you greatly decrease their chances of getting several kinds of cancer, other lung diseases, and heart disease. Indirectly you also make them healthier because they probably won't hang out with other smokers (who may have other unhealthy habits) and will have more money to spend on beneficial things like healthy food and relaxing vacations. But you already know that. Can you make your question clearer?

alachol and tabacco is not something that someone has to have it is just a thing that most young people try because there friends do it. I wont say you cant never drink when your old enough but drink with caution . I will say 100% avoid smoking that will for sure kill you one way or the other.
