I think the question is a little too vague. There are various levels of professional soccer in the United States, and the level of pay differs according to each. Many players in MLS, the US's first division, make less than $50,000. Freddy Adu has the largest contract, at a base salary of $300,000 with incentives to guarantee him at least $500,000. But it's hard to say there even exists a median salary, because there are so many different levels.

The average salary of an MLS player is 50,000$ per week.The highest is Beckham who will start playing for LA GALAXY next season.He will be paid 1,000,000$ per week.

MLS solely here...
Not very much that's for sure. Some players make as little as 10,000 a year.
