It really all depends on the severity of the situation. If they were just experimenting and there are no feelings involved, there's no big deal. Incest is a very big deal sure, but they're both teenagers with sex drives, just like anyone else (if not stronger). If she really regrets the situation, she should talk to someone like a conselor. Someone who cannot tell anything to anyone else, but can give her advice. Now the "hell" question. Although they had oral sex with each other, it was only oral sex. If they are truly regretful and pray for forgiveness, I see no reason why God would not forgive them.

met one of my cousins when I was about 15-16, she was a year younger than me, and we definately found the true meaning of "kissin' cousins"! we both wanted to have sex with each other asap, and she did let me know what she wanted! we didn't think of ourselves as incestuous, just 2 horny teenagers who just met for the first time, and were given a perfect opportunity. the adults all left without us, saying they were going sightseeing, back in 5-6 hours, sooooo........LOL, annie, love your response!!
