this seems to happen to me sometime when i get fatigued, very angry or excited.

low humidity, synthetic fabrics, non-conductive shoes


(but "lightbulbs" ??? ... I don't know about that one )

Whatever's interfering with your lightbulbs, it isn't your body. Same with the communications and the computer. It's a common myth that this happens, and it's pretty inexplicable because there's never a convincing demonstration given. Occasionally someone will extend this and contend that a battery-powered watch won't work when they wear it, but then it always does.

current is nothing but the flow of electron.in our body has very important ions like hydrogen,oxygen,chloride and bicarbonate.which play a important role in conduction of impulse from one nerve to other.that y if u get a shock u lose all your electron from ur body.
