I am not sure if the Zombies would label themselves "hippie music". As for the Strawberry Alarm Clock, they may approve of the name "psychedelic". As for other bands like them: The Seeds, The 13th Floor Elevators, The Blues Magoos, The Count Five, Mouse & The Traps, Little John & the Monks, and there are many more.
