To hard to answer, Kobe has about 10 years experience, while Wade and Lebron have a little more than 3. Carter's a great basketball player but Kobe's clearly better.
Kobe for now, but I can see Wade or Lebron passing him in the future.

BTW cav's fan, Wade his ROOKIE season helped take the Heat to the 2nd round of the playoffs with Kobe's 2004-2005 teammates including (I guess crappy to you) teammate Lamar Odom, Caron Butler, and Brian Grant. The other starter that year for (heat) was Eddie Jones. I'd say that's an equivalent to Lebron or Kobe's roster. A duplicate obviously of Kobe's old roster in 2004-2005 and they didn't even make the playoffs. Wade did it with those men as I said, his rookie season... So your off with your stuff, you seem to be putting into consideration just the Wade-Shaq era. Also Wade's been playing more than half this year with people that were previously on the bench or rarely even played. It's a lot harder when you don't have your true starters(not just Shaq either). Wade's also been out quite a few games himself. Also, Cav's are 2-0 without Lebron this season and Lakers 3-1 without Kobe. So these teams aren't as horrible as you make them. Heat, on the otherhand are 1-7 this year without Wade. So it's not the most fair comparison to the Cav's/Lakers season lol.

All in all there all great players tho.

Firstly, its Kobe, by far. He is the best defender of the group, and best all around skills. Wade is close, but not there yet. So is Lebron. But when you consider that night in, night out, Kobe has to guard to premier players in the league, and continue to lead his team in scoring, then the edge goes to him. In fact, no other players in the history of the sport had to do that. Not even the great MJ. Kobe probably still hasn't shown what he can do. All those years being shackled in the triangle offense, and with a dominant Shaq, has made him slow down and not be as explosive as he can be on offense. And he is always in the top 5 on defense. Maybe he doesn't get steals like AI or Lebron, but he guards his man (granted, sometimes he does lack, but its understandble when he has to also being the scoring leader for his team). As far as those other issues about his teammates, thats all debatable. You can't go back in time and draw up different scenarios for guys and see how they would've fared in the long run. Just comparing skills, Kobe is the best player out of those four.

Out of the 4 i would say LeBron or Kobe. Both of those teams are sitting on good winning records (cavs 30-21, lakers 30-22) and they dont have an allstar player to back them up like wade n carter (wade has shaq carter has kidd) yet they are guiding there teams to the playoffs. wade is a great player but without shaq miami tend to lose alot of games even when O'Neal has a minimal effort. carter is a bit inconsistant with his 3 pointers and when he gets started he doesnt stop shooting them i recall not to long ago he hit 5 str8 and then ended shootin 20 3s for the match, but never the less they are all great great GREAT players
