Don't maintain contact, and throw yourself into both your own individual work and pleasure. Do the things you didn't have time to do with your SO. Pamper yourself and do something productive. Keep busy.

There must be at least 50 ways.I would say never forget them, because you will not.Just move on and chaulk it up to experience. We have all went though the process of loosing someone that touched our souls.Follow your heart and do what you want to now and wait a while before you get into another relationship. If you run into your ol friend be nice and wish them well, but don't give in,unless you want to and you believe that things will be better this time.Get you a copy of "The Secret" DVD and watch it and follow the principles that it explains.Peace and Good Luck!!!

DON'T try and stay friends. DO go out and find someone new! I know, sounds easy enough, but it's not so easy to do. You just gotta go out there and look! You'll find someone amazing soon enough. I did. :)
