They will probably look to trade Tomko and Hendrickson to a team that has an injury in Spring Training to their rotation. Kuo will probably be in the bullpen.

The way they pitch? Maybe throw them all in a burlap sack and beat them thoroughly. More likely? Trade off Tomko to some desperate team, keep Kuo around unless they get a good offer, and live with Hendrickson in the wings for now. He seems more like a guy you'd throw in to sweeten a package deal.

Kuo is a hard-throwing lefty so he'll be useful in the bullpen. Tomko can be a long man who get mopup duties. Hendrickson should be traded to a desperate team in need of another SP.
Dodgers pitching is DEEP!

Trade Penny to the Yanks for A-Rod and then start 2 of the 3. Tomko and Kou maybe. Hendrickson can be traded too for power.

The Dodgers are only doing what a lot of teams do before a season starts, they invite pitchers that have had off years and are looking to rebound. By taking a look at a lot of pitchers the Dodgers are hoping that at least one of them will have an outstanding spring so they can either put them to use or use in a trade. By checking out quantity, they hope to get one of quality.
