My crazy psycho ex is on probation 15 years of it lol ... but she refuses to leave and has to get it approved to leave the state... she started the process then had it stopped to move in with her new fiance she doesn't make enough to move out on her own without support and her family is your classic trailor trash. Its killing me from manipulation tactics, blackmail attempts, to physical abuse from her and my furniture.. (walked away from an argument and she wouldn't leave me alone and felt the need to kick the bedroom door till it broke) she then threatened to call the cops sayin i hit her when she hurt herself trying to break the door she's hit me a few times in the face but it takes a brick to leave a mark. Last time I almost got arrested because i grabbed her wrists when she was hitting me... can you believe it?? Her new fiance (yeah she moves quick cuz she was probably f'kn him when she was with me) lives in another state and got a DUI so he can't come live with her just yet...

She's trying to say give me your tax refund (about $1000) and i'll just move out till mr new guy can move up here. But there is no guarantee she will. Its also killing my new relationship and i really like this new girl and well she's f'n FINE and if we split till i sort this mess out I know she'll have a hard time staying single. I've thought of buying a nanny cam to give a recording to her PO but wtf do i do? Almost every day i come home to another ciggarette burn in my floor and a new piss stain cuz she won't walk her damn dog. I got a nice condo too. I don't want her to get arrested because her car is in my name and i don't want to make the payments on that i'm trying to be civil and get some written papers up so she takes responsibility for the car payments and i can't sell it because its not worth what i owe.

Let her move back with her "trailer trash" folks.
Sell the car for whatever you can get for it and take the loss. It will be worth it in the end.

Wow... looks like you are in a bit of a pickle! Go to your PD and get a restraining order on her. Slowly cut her off. This is what I had to do to a crazy ex... stop taking phone calls, mail, email, txt msgs,all that crap.
Uh, this is the U.S., you can move! If your new girl really understands, she won't leave you. But beware that there is only so much she will be willing to put up with.
