strengths - be honest about your strengths
examples: hard worker, passionate, love to contribute, great people skills, can make anything fun, etc...
weaknesses - don't ever give an actual weakness and don't give more than one unless they ask you specifically to provide more.
Instead think of something that could be thought of as a weakness and a strength.
examples: your a busy body so you dread the dull moments, this can be made a positive because you find something useful to do when things slow down Or you learn best from experience instead of verbal instruction, this sounds like a weakness but it also sounds like a strength. See what i mean?
Hope this helps.

strengths should be easy for you (if you can't think of any) say that you are very focused and always see your tasks thru to completion in both your professional and personal life.
your weaknesses should include that you have a very low tolerance for people who dont participate as part of a team (if this job requires team work) and that you have a low tolerance for people who gossip!
(employers will love the latter)
