i want him to go back to his original family... it hurts me to see the real pain in his children's eyes... i know why he doesnt wanna sign..he wants my money..

Tell your Attorney. Sometimes they can get a judge to end it for you. That is if your spouse absolutely refuses to sign anything. n

Some states will allow you to be legally divorced if you've separated from him for a number of years and lived on your own in that time. There are alot of papers to fill out to divorce in this fashion, and he does not have to sign (if I recall correctly).

Why not try working on you marriage and find the flame you once had for him. You married him for a good reason so stick it out and fight for your love you once had.There was a question on about a man who wanted to leave his wife, and everyone called him a loser. I would have to say that you are a loser for the same reason that man is from the other question if you are not willing to work on your marriage.

see an attorney. a petition will be filed, and your husband served. your husband can: 1. sign papers, 2. hire his own attorney, 3. not sign-you win by default!!

he doesn't need to sign. the judge will grant a divorce simply because you want out of the marriage. it may cost you half of your assets, however. talk to a divorce lawyer.

take him to the cleaners make him pay support get the house the car make him mad enough to sighn the pappers .
