First i gotta ask to give serious answers to a serious question.
I had a huge argument with psycho ex cuz she's still living with me and won't leave and I went to the gym... in my state of rage i lifted really heavy and really hard to vent out my anger.... now i've been cursed with this huge hemeroid the next day after (great now i got two lol) ... its been like two weeks and its hasn't gone away. It was like really bad and now is smaller but it still hasn't gone away and i'm begining to get worried. It doesn't hurt or itch like they can get but still worried its not going away. I stopped weight lifting since and i'm getting edgy not going to the gym... why hasn't it gone away? I don't want to go to the doctor any other idea's?

Treatment of hemorrhoids involves alleviating the symptoms. To reduce pain and itching of hemorrhoids, you can try these methods:

Take sitz baths; sit in a shallow bath of warm water several times a day. Don't add anything to the water.
Use a hemorrhoid cream (like Preparation H) or suppository. Follow the directions on the package. These products help with the symptoms, but they don't shrink the hemorrhoids.
Don't strain during bowel movements. Talk to your doctor about using a stool softener to help with constipation.
Avoid becoming dehydrated.

To relieve constipation:

Increase the amount of fiber in your diet by eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Five to ten servings of fruits and vegetables are recommended each day. Fiber supplements may be helpful -- examples include Metamucil and Citrucel.
Talk to your doctor about using over-the-counter laxatives or stool softeners.
Exercise regularly. Even walking regularly helps improve the normal flow of material through the intestine.
Empty the bowels when you feel the urge to do so. Immediately following a meal the body will have a natural urge to defecate. That's a good time to plan a visit to the bathroom.

As with any injury rest is the most important key to healing.

You can't count the time it takes, it will take as long as it needs to and any further injury will lenghten the time.

You could still probably do light activity at the gym, just listen to your body and if it yells 'strain!' quit that particular exercise. You could use the treadmill and lower arm exercises with lighter weights.

Your first 'pain' may not be as easy to appease, but the hemmroid just needs time to heal itself. I've heard Vitamin C rebuilds blood vessels, so taking an extra dose of that may help things along.

The best thing to do is see a doctor.... As embarassing as it may seem, doctors have dealt with a lot of this type of complaint and seen a range of weird and wonderful things.... The doctor can drain it for you by gently squeezing the affected area. He will then prescribe a lotion to apply.... I am a female, been in this situation and going to the doc was the best thing I did.

You can try Preparation H and some of the suggestions already made. There's no reason you can't go to the gym if you want to.

Go to the chemist (drug store) and get anusol suppositories. Treat yourself each night until it goes away. Also eat raw fruit and vegetables and wholemeal bread. If it still doesn't go away, you have to see a doctor, you could have injured yourself. Best wishes.
