I know this may sound silly, but relax and take a vacation! Even if only for a couple of days, it will help a lot. That is what did it for me both times. I tried to get pregnant for a year before it finally happened for me after our 5-year anniversary vacation and then our 10-year anniversary vacation! Coincidence? I think not.

Shefali, medical check up is giving the physical status of husband and wife. It will not give your mental report or your husband. It seems that you or your husband have mental tension or usual family problems.
You and your husband need mental relaxation. It is better to take another honeymoon for couple of days. Have a patience. Don't do heavy job.
If you are in Bombay and working wife than it may be possible that you are using public transport like BEST Bus or Local Train. The pressure of travelling and DHAKA MUKKI will not keep your pregnancy. This can be second cause. So Shefali, take the advice of your Internet Brother (Myself) and go for honeymoon with Husband.
BEST OF LUCK.. :)

A very small percentage of women and men have this problem. It is unexplained infertility. One year isn't really that long. We have tried for 13 years, including invitro and never have concieved. Don't let that frighten you, my cousin had the same problem and after 18 years of trying they have a healthy girl. Try the options your doctors suggests, sometimes it's just as simple as a pill, other times you just need a little more help, Just never give up hope, I haven't.

It took me 3 years, after all my efforts, and more that our reports were perfect. All I can say is take it easy, and go at it in the mind, as normal intimacy, when at it. Keep a good diet. Stay off cigs, and booze. No Red Meat. Eat lots of curd. Basically you and your partner, must keep your body cool. Rest, leave it to the almighty and I am sure, you will be soon with a gorgeous baby. Cheers ...

you're lucky some people get pregnant right away. have fun trying to get pregnant. it takes people anywhere from 1 month to 4 years or longer to get pregnant. its nothing wrong with you just try to more fruits, veggies, and spaghetti. stop dwelling on getting pregnant and it will happen sooner or later. relax more often and try to avoid stress and have sex at least 2 to 3 times a week and especially have sex a lot the whole week after your period that always helps. good luck!

Nothing is wrong. Sometimes it takes some time and patience. Just let nature take its own course. If you worry unnecessarily that will only add to the anxiety. Just make sure you eat properly, take multivitamins and folic acid tablets and be happy and cheerful. And keep doing it every night.

Have sex all the time. Especially near, during and after your period. As gross as it sounds, that's what you're the most fertile. You may not be in the mood, but you'll be more likely to have a kid!
