Shouldn't. There is a myth that women who have a lot of sex are loose but the vagina is a really resilient muscle and can accept almost any size of penis, sex toy, tampon, and still go back to normal when it is removed. Even childbirth doesn't affect the size of the vagina much...and that is really a big stretch for the vagina. There may be some damage to the outer vaginal opening after childbirth, though, due to the episiotomy, where part of the vaginal skin is cut to allow the baby easy passing, or tearing if an episiotomy isn't used. And I'm sure that with age, there is some loss of the elasticity and flexibility of this muscle just like all the others.
Condoms on the other hand, can cause allergies, if you are allergic to latex or the spermicide or lubricant. And if they have any ribbing or stimulation thingies on them this can cause irritation from extra friction. Just make sure to use the right kind of condom for you. If there is a problem with tightness or whatever during sex, try positions where you have more control of the penetration, tell your partner to go slower, easier, etc.
If you are feeling "loose" during or after sex it is probably either to the relaxation of the vaginal muscles (and whole body) after an orgasm, or it is psychological. You can firm up the vaginal muscles by doing Keigel exercises...which is simply trying to stop urine flow when you pee, stop and start, stop and start. This gives you the ability to squeeze your partner while he is inside you and most guys LOVE this. But even Keigels won't change the size of the vagina.

.....having babies makes the vagina "baggier". And as far as bigger, only if you have an oversized penis. I guess bigger isn't better huh? If it's a virgin, it'll just flat out hurt like hell. One of my friends was in so much pain she was dizzy, and she really bled. Some women have smaller cervixes. Being curvy is now way to determine that either. You can have big hips, and it still be narrow inside. That's what my OBGYN tells me (still virgin and proud of it), and my friend that I just mentioned is also curvy, and has a small cervix.....and more baggier isn't right, it's just "baggier"....how old are you kid?
