What's with the violations????

I haven't even had this account for 3 hours....3 HOURS and I already recieved my first violation email notice.

What is the point of Y!A if people are so bent on reporting everything?

I did not cuss, say anything derogitory about anyone. NOTHING. But yet, here we go again.

What's with all of the violations anymore?

That's what makes me so angry about this whole thing...I didn't report people...unless it was flat out nastiness that shouldn't be posted anywhere.

can I please ask EVERYONE to complain about Violations when they are not warranted.?
A lot of people have been deleted recently after working very hard to get up to a level where they can ask and answer unlimited.

If you get violated for something that is NOT even close to being offensive, please report it with the email header "harassment by another user" and state that you do not deserve this violation. Say that it is harassment and you want the matter investigated and the REPORTERS account suspended.

I will be reporting EVERY one from now on

relax. I have been given one too for opposing the BNP; in basic terms via posting a catalogue of all of the lawbreaking incidents of their officers/supporters. somebody else published a matching checklist right this moment, so i'm satisfied if my eleven factors wakes up some human beings to what they're all approximately. i've got in basic terms ever gained 3 violations and characteristic challenged 2 of them, without respond the two so do no longer carry your breath Sonia C.

Sounds like you may have an admirer...happens when you talk politics. Someone may be reading your every post looking for a violation....given the nature of the topic, and how PC the guidelines are, almost every post on here is a violation. Try changing your icon/username on the next one if you haven't already.

i have been violated repeatedly .usually for offering to send people to hell ,but only if they send me first,or for alternative views .to whatever somebody else had .

the violations were silly excuses ,adult content,not a question ,insulting iriots etc.

and last week my account was suspended ,my messenger.360,Email,everything .dead and beyond reach
that was below the belt ,

and i wrote twice to yahoo asking them how it was possible that a disfuntional mind could kill me off that easy and put all my contacts in limbo

they wrote me back saying that after considdering my case they had decided that i could NOT be reinstated.

i politely wrote them asking if this meant that they did not require my input anymore ??

then two notifications came one after the other informing me that my account was again on line ,welcome back and re instated

i promised never to talk bad about yahoo robots again ,and i wont ,they did good in my case ,

nevertheless i think that this abuse button should go into a black hole and taking the damn finger of nero with it
these things were invented to punish Evil and instead end up abusing the inocent masses like us

Because all it takes is someone to report you. I think the violation notices are sent by computer.

I wouldn't get too worried about it. I even got a notice saying they will suspend my account and it was over something completely lame.

There are some people who just like to whine when you say something they don't agree with.

Please don't let it bother you if you feel you didn't do anything wrong. You know how people get sometimes, maybe this person just lost his job, and his wife walked out on him and the dog bit him. Don't take it to personal!

Anybody that doesn't like something you say can give you a violation. Don't worry though...they don't do anything about it. I think the worst thing they do is erase your answer. They don't even take away your two points.
