There are usually three shifts at a hotel 7 a.m.- 3 p.m., 3 p.m.-11 p.m., 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. That being said, the latest shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. usually does the night audit. When I was a night auditor, I began the audit around 2 a.m.

11pm-7am, is the standard one for big hotels, or 11pm-7:30am
however some do 10pm-6am

If you have a college degree, they are offering less than 30K per year.
