More affordable winter wears can be found at Suntec, Simei, Hougang Mall, Vivo City and Marina Square. You can check yellowpages for their actual location and unit number. Think you can check the name under 'Winter Wear', 'Winter Time' and 'Cold Wear'.
Slightly more expensive ones will be at John Little and OG. Good luck.

You can find affordable price winter cothes at East Point mall @simei.
Shop name is Winter time, if I’m not wrong is at 3rd or 4th floor, very easy to find it as the shop is very big, they have cothes, gloves etc.

I personally like Zara winterstuff. Winterwear doesnt mean you need to look like a stuffed turkey. Cheers.
