Where will I get critical appreciation of any 20th century novels?

Any sites known? I want it in french. The novels I like are 'Gone With the Wind' or 'Lord of the Rings'

There is a set of books called Contemporary Literary Criticism. Most academic and larger public libraries have it, either bound or electronic. I don't know about a French version. Call a French or Canadian library, maybe.
