Kathy Hilton is of Jewish heritage. The misleading "partially Irish" or something to this effect, is just that: Misleading. Her ancestry, on her mother's side, that does include Scottish and Irish origins, is also Jewish. Names such as "McIsaic" (spelling) appear in her ancestry. There are Italian, and yes, even Irish Jews, and Kathy Hilton descends from that line. Not sure why this has been scrubbed from history of Kathy Hilton, but it used to be there in plain light, that she was of Jewish origins.

Just so you know: not all famous and rich people are Jewish. Some of them are, but there are plenty of famous and rich people that are not. I hope to famous and rich someday, and I'm not Jewish. I'm sure there are plenty of poor and not famous Jews as well.
