Printing error in star maps in 20th edition Norton's Star Atlas?

On the star charts in the back of the book, the green area that represents the Milky Way Galaxy hides the circular representations of the stars. The designations (Greek letters) are still visible, but the stars are missing. Are all copies of this edition defective, or just mine?

The first printing was defective. I've got one of them too, that I picked up at Half Price Books. There's a second printing with the maps printed correctly.
