I remember hearing this song on the radio back in about 1982/1983. Wonderful song, so heartfelt and poignant. Hope you don't mind if I post the lyrics for you.

even though i really hate shannon noll i have to admit that his version is alot better than moving pictures when they first wrote it.
so yeah, shannon noll (urgh) released it not that long ago....
but it was a moving pictures original.
