I think there's no travel warning for Bali now..Bali is a safe place..I have been there last year and my friend just back from there last week..
Don't be afraid with the bombing..It's done by crazy people to ruined the Bali image..So please don't make them happy by cancelling go to Bali caused by past incidents..Yes Bali is safe..

Yes, there are travel warning to Indonesia. If you would like to go to Bali for vacation, choose the quite place, such as Ubud. What do you think?

The Department of State always updates with travel risks for all countries. Here is Indonesia's. There is still some risk, but the advisory seems to be cautionary, rather than urgent:
