My Husband and I have our names selected already and we are just going to be "trying" to conceive this summer.
Aidan Joseph was our first choice since I have loved the name Aidan since 1999, and my husband's name is Joe. However here in the Northeast that name is very popular and whenever I hear a mother call out "Aidan" in a store I get pissed. It used to be unique.
We are now leaning towards Declan James. My husband loves the name Declan and it has grown on me as well. James is his father's name. We are both of Irish decent. I am first generation American.
Those are my two favorites. Hopefully our children will not go to school together. :)
Good luck!

Michael Kane Stephens
Gabriel Kane Stephens
Joshua Kane Stephens
Adrian Kane Stephens
Damien Kane Stephens

Aiden Kane Stephens is a beautiful name. I'd go with that.
Don't feel bad about not having a name right away. For several days, my parents didn't have a name for my sister, and now everyone tells them what a lovely name they picked.
You may find that the answer will come to you when you see your child for the first time.
Congratulations! I think you'll make a great mom!

Since the middle name "Kane" is only one syllable, it would sound best if the first name had several syllables, like "Gideon" or "Alastair".
I don't know if you're a religious person or not, but in my religion (Judaism), it's believed that after the baby is born, God gives you the knowledge of which name is the right one for your baby.
Before my first baby was born, we painstakingly picked out a list of around five names that we really liked. However, when the baby was born, it suddenly struck us that none of the names that we had chosen were appropriate for him! We had to open the name book again, and very quickly we found a name that we had originally rejected, and THAT was the right name. Go figure.
As a previous answerer pointed out, sometimes you just have to meet the baby first in order to know the right name :-)

Aiden is the nicest. The others are kind of out there for an American child if you ask me. I would wait until he is born and see what fits though. You may look at him and decide the name you pick now just does not fit. That happend with my oldest daughter..I changed her name as soon as a I saw her.

I like the name Nathan Kane Stephens. Nathan is a good strong name for a boy, and its not too common. If you want one from your list, then I'd go with... Aiden Kane. Good luck and Happy delivery!
