Which Six Flags? There are over 24 different Six Flags parks in the US, plus parks that are owned by myriad other companies that also seem to get called Six Flags a bunch.
In any case, short answer is no, they're not haunted.

Several people have died at various Six Flags parks. Six Flags Great Adventure (many years ago), Six Flags New England (rider on Superman: Ride of Steel a couple years ago), Six Flags over Georgia (2006 on Goliath, heart attack), etc.
Do remember that your chances of dying on an amusement ride are 1,000,000 times less than your chances of dying in a car wreck on the way to the amusement park.

I've never heard that one before, but I can assure you the only dead person at Six Flags is probably an employee working overtime for Halloween.

Yes, it's haunted. The ghost of a cat that got ran over prowls the grounds at night looking for the shoe of the man that ran him over so he can pee in it.

all i know of is six flags great adventure of the enployee who died on rolling thunder and supposably he lingeres aroound nitro-chiller at night
