I have a good friend who is a doctor. Although he strongly disagrees with losing weight or dieting the unhealthy way he suggested something to me a month or so ago when I asked him how I could lose weight in a short period of time; water pills. They are dieting pills but they are healthier for you then mostly anything else. Everybody has access water that gets stored away and can cause you to bloat or to gain weight in the stomach area. What these pills do is take all that access water and get rid of it. But at the same time supplying you with an amount of water that can help you lose weight. I don't know how that works but hey I'm not the doctor either. There are also home remedies that you can use as well. Some of these are sworn to work.

The trick here is "healthy way to lose weight".

If you are overweight, the quickest way to loose that weight is the most unhealthy thing you can do to your body.

A healthy diet program will have you loosing about 12 pounds of fat tissue in the next 3 months.

If you want to look good for graduation, you are loosing weight for the wrong reason and most likely will gain twice as much weight back within a year.

But if you are serious about losing weight as a long term goal, I highly suggest going to weight watchers meetings. They, as well as many others, have an online approach which does not work nearly as well. Somehow being accountable to a bunch of other fat people really does help reduce weight, and they in turn are accountable to you.

Yes, you can be slim and three month is great for exercises by walking 1-2 miles a day. Try not to eat after 6 o clock at night and go to bed about 11 o clock. Meanwhile, you have to change your diet and no flour or wheat such as pasta or bread. Soup and salad can be your main menu. No soda or junk food. No sugar for a while and have more fruits in your system. If you are hungry then I urge you to chew gum and take a hot shower. Make sure you have the best picture of a model to look at in case you change your mind about diet. This picture will have an impact on your mental. Please do not tell your friend that you are on diet. Keep it low profile and imagine you arrive at the graduation party with a beautiful dress and small belly. Keep working.

Try SparkPeople at http://www.sparkpeople.com

This is a free online program that helps you lose weight and keep it off. It teaches you healthy eating habits and gets you to do some exercise.
The program includes nutritional tracking, exercise demos, exercise tracking, recipes, message board, achievement points, resources center with tons of articles
It starts slowly, but you see results pretty quickly.

I lost 24 lbs in 3 months, so if that seems like a good amount to you, you might want to try it. The program does put a limit on the amount of weight you can lose each week.

This is the only thing that ever helped me lose weight AND keep it off. My husband lost even more than I did.

Best of luck!

No matter what anyone tells you, fast slimming products don't work. Go see a dietitian, they're not that expensive, and they know what they're talking about. Lose weight the healthy way, and get an eating plan that you won't starve on. And by the way, you probably look much better than you think - the bigger problem might be self-esteem. Good luck.

Like always running helps a lot, and when you get tired speed walk. Dont pressure yourself to overun speed up when you feel its alright. Also dont skip a meal, it onlyi weighs you down more. Feeling in a good mood about it also helps a lot.
