normal harmonics are hard to do on my guitar and pinch harmonics arnt that hard to do kinda..
guitar is: ibanez iceman ic200

You need to take it to a guitar shop and have what's called a set up done on it. The tech will adjust the neck and the intonation and anything else that needs fine tuning. The frets might need to be worked on also.

Practice more. Iceman is a good, albeit horribly ugly guitar that can pull that off nicely. You didn't use the tone control to darken the sound, right? That would be kinda... duh...

check the height of your strings .. may have to adjust them.
