Did Donnie Darko change the past at the end of the movie or was a predestination paradox? Was there two Donnies on october 2? One being Donnie from the future(oct 30) and current Donnie (oct 2)? Did current Donnie follow Frank while Future Donnie appeared in his bedroom after Current Donnie left his house? Did future donnie die at the end of the movie or was it current donnie who remembers the future?

when donnie was sitting there in the mountains with his dead girlfriend in his lap the wormhole was opened and donnie used the wormhole to go back to the night when he was suppose to be in his bed, cause at the beginning of the movie donnie woke up at the spot in the mountains and went home/ somehow he found the wormhole by accident/ so by going home when the wormhole opened he chose to die so he could save the life of his girlfriend, you really have to watch that movie a bunch of times to really get it, it makes you use your brain therefore thats why many people did not like the movie cause they just want to be entertained.
