If u sure, he felt the same like how you are feeling for him, send him a nice Valentine card. Can be e-card or the normal snail post. If he accept your Valentine card and give you a call, or did something crazy, then you will know, he's yours to keep.
If you still sitting down waiting for miracle or the first step, then happy waiting. Normally guys dare not say out their feelings but act out in a strange way. If he's the type of straight forward guy, just go up to him to say, u like him.

I'm guessing that you are probably fairly young, so a nice card and a kiss on the cheek will be plenty. Hint, make the card yourself and put some creativity and care into it. Good luck!!

i would say don't get him anything because if he doesn't even know you like him it may seem like you are going at him too strong, but if you are really set on getting him something a mix cd, card, or candy would suffice.
