do women think that men are just actors who try to win their heart and have all the fun they want, but really they don't care about them deep inside their heart or want to stand by them through times of adversity?
If that is the case, they should not be blaming men entirely for that - in my opinion, shouldn't they be blaming the western culture itself for that? It is western culture which lays emphasis on the ego - i.e. do whatever you want or can to make yourself happy.
What are your thoughts on this?

I blame sin.
Sin's are in all cultures and despite Western - Eastern - Religious differences, the basics of sin is as you described above.
Yes, the man that you described is a slave to his sins. He should be pittied rather than scoffed at. The culture within his wrong doings is also poisoning the women. His desire is to make women "Objects" for his glorification. Women are obliging. Think this is unique to Western Civilizations only? WRONG ... The women from Iraq are fleeing the war zones into Saudi Arabia. This country prohibits women from working, so they're being sold into prostitution ... Then there's India & Asia --- sexual tourism, mothers selling their 3 year old into sexual services.
Flip side --- we're seeing a large change in culture and many more men are realizing they are slaves to their wrong doings. Yes, there is hope, and faith that we can open their eyes to the harm their actions do to themselves and society. I've been hanging around Church a lot more --- and the men there are so good; balance between leader while maintaining their compassion.

Why should we blame the western culture, if everyone is different and each person has his or her own opinion on how to live their life. The western culture doesn't determine the actions of men. All men are responsible for the way they individually treat women , and if like in your example men are treating women poorly to make their selves feel good then, it's not like you said the culture, but in fact their decision to treat them bad...

I think men care for woman that what they show
I think that men are more afraid to get hurt than a woman that is why they will keep on convincing themselves that they dont have any feelings for a woman
But i know that when a man realy care for a woman with all of his heart it will show in his eyes and a woman will just know

No women do not think men are actors that arre trying to win thier hearts and a real good man is not going to try to win a womans heart he is going to show her that he kloves by the the things he does for her and he will ask her what she needs and he wont control her but be thier for her and sit and talk with her and also be good listner and be a friend too her above all and your action will speak for themselves thien you wont have to win or act youll know your hearts are both one!

quite some men do no longer care approximately females no longer liking cat calls and stares. subsequently the reason it keeps to take place. it is in simple terms no longer appropiate to stare at somebody like slightly meat. yet what does it is counted what a woman wears. i've got had men stare or cat call me as quickly as I even have had my headscarf tied around my face.

Men are from Mars and women are from Venus. I don't think that we will ever understand each other, and no one is to blame. It's just the way things are. We can't live with each other, but, we can't live without each other.

No for me I do not believe that men do not care. In my family my father loved my mother dearly and I know he would have given his life for her or for me. My husband has shown me time and again that he cares very much for me. He had literally been with me in sickness and in health and has given of himself for me. And I know he would do anything for me and our children. Maybe there are women who have not had a good man in their life as a father or a husband but I was blessed with both and I know that they are not the only good men out there. There are I'm sure many.
