My best friend in the world is woman 17 years older than me. Her and I have such an amazing relationship. We've known each other for years. Nothing has ever happened physically between us and never will. But I love her so much even the idea of life without her isn't possible.

Relationships with a life long friend are allways iffy on one side its very easy to transfer therelationship to casual dating but just remember if things go wrong you could loose your best friend in the world and never have them there for you again if you are willing to take this chance then by all means tell him how you feel

Yean I do..but we sort of went in our own ways after high school..he went to college in the west and I went to college in the east...I still keep in touch with him though.
