I asked my boss for a raise over a week ago, but didn't get a yes or no. Should I bring it up again or keep waiting?

It would depend on his response on the time you ask.

Some companies have regular schedules in which raises may be issued, others not. There are also other issues involved such as the type of work, pay raise schedules, business climate, obviously performance, other employees and past circumstances that will influence.

If he did not really take interest in the idea, there are no guarantees. And still if his hands are tied....

I would wait until I had a great result on the job, or a compliment on a job well done, and then ask for a meeting to re-visit the issue.

You you already did a solid job the develop is on that's way. in any different case, do no longer think of roughly asking the boss returned approximately it, until you do a genuine solid job. Now you notice... that's all relating to the boss. could be you would be the fortunate one.

Yo need to demonstrate why you should get a raise. You can't just say give me more money because I need it.

Plan it out and show your accomplishments. Times you made money for the company. Increased production. etc...
