Wow, I just had to do this assignment. It means write about a true incident that happened to you, that changed your life somehow, or affected you in a positive or negative way.

an autobiography is something that you would write about yourself. so i suppose an autobiographical incident is something that happened to you that you would write about

heres a definition i found:

The autobiographical incident is a well-told story about a specific occurrence in a writer's life

Pick any incident in your life.........first bike, first...anything.......or the time when you fell.......or whatever happened to you.........and write about it.... Use the word "I"..because the autobiography is about you, written by you..............and tell the story of the incident that happened.

Tell her about the time you got so drunk you went into a 12 hour blackout, and woke up in a motel room 1000 miles from home with a mexican hooker.

You should always ask your teacher or a classmate for help if an assignment isn't clear to you.
