first is your personal profile. Here, you should include your gender/sex, your citizenship, your address, birthdate, birthplace, if necessary, your height, weight.

second is your educational background. Start from the latest educational attainment to the earliest. For example, COLLEGE, HIGH SCHOOL, ELEMENTARY. here, you should include the years when you graduated from these levels.

third is your work experience. Write down your positions, the companies/offices where you have worked and the number of years or months you have worked there.

fourth is your interests and hobbies.

fifth is your list of references. Usually, there should be at least 3 references.

keep it short and to the point, the last thing you want is someone looking at your resume thinking "this is too much to read"
you need to include information relevant to the position you are applying for. you should also have a list of your education and achievements as well as contact information and at least three people who will give you a good reference.
