I don't have a USB port on the front of my computer, but I need to use a flash drive every day. Is there some sort of cable that plugs into the USB port on the back of the computer that reaches around to the front for the flash drive?

yes, you can buy a USB extension. Comp USA or probably even Best Buy.
You can also buy one that has 3 USB ports .. I use this one and velcro it to the side of my desk.

yes. U can ask for USB Extended cables. From a single USB Port there are cables which has several USB points say 4 Bay / 8 Bay, etc..
