I'm assuming that you are being paid, just not for overtime, correct? Such is the way of the exempt employee. If you don't like it, get a different job.

If you are not getting paid, how are you making a living. but if you mean overtime, they should. and no one can make you work 7 days a week. if you are that un happy there find another job that is more suitable for your needs. good luck.

In Washington State it is very rare to not be required to be paid overtime. Even salaried people get overtime here.
You should check into it through your states .gov web site.

does it have anything to do with plants of any kind,???because it may be agriculural work(no overtime requirments).that might be it.
