Vitual! God knows I've taken enough physics to know this!

Note that if you point your reflection towards a screen, you will not form an image (because the light rays never converge)

If, however you use a CONCAVE mirror, the light rays all converge at one point (in front of the mirror) thus allowing you to project the image (and also playing one heck of a trick on your eyes when you try to touch the image!). THIS is a REAL image.

Light from an object in front of a mirror hits the mirror and bounces back. It reaches your eye as a reverted image - so it's virtual.
