There is a very good reason behind my avatar - but if i post it here then i'll probably have to replace it with something else LOL. Let's say it is a symbol of a lifestyle! Great question btw - can't wait to read people's answers.

I wanted something that was unique to anything anyone else had and with a little cosmetic assistance I made the mask a little less bland and a whole lot scarier.
Some don't like it, but actually, like anything else, hopefully, it can become a face only a mother can love. LOL

I was tired of the blank face thing and I made a little cartoon me. I don't know what a 360 is and don't want to find out so I'm stuck with what I've got.

some folks here browbeat or ignored me because i was one of the gray silhouette people, and i surely didn't wanna be a cartoon. also i've yet to see an offer of a 50-something avatar and, if nothing else, i'm honest.

not really, I had just picked up a used digital camera (not the greatest but it works) saw my gf's cat and started taking pictures
there ya are and its about as boring as a story could be.
