She missed her pills a couple of times and we didn't have sex for 4 to 5 days after. She also didn't take her sugar pills. I don't *** inside of her, I usually pull out and go somewhere else. She missed her period. What is wrong?

Could be preggers. Could be something else like stress, etc. Pre-ejaculate does contain some sperm, so if she missed pills, and you had unprotected sex, even if you pulled out, she could be pregnant. After awhile, if you miss pills too many times during a cycle, you need back up protection during that entire cycle because the hormones have fluctuated too much.
Buy an EPT.

Even if you pull out, you can get her pregnant. Pre-*** often has sperm in it. I must say, I've seen questions liket his alot, and I'm surprised how many people don't know this. Withdrawel is not best protection. You need to be using a condom as well. She needs to be more careful with her pills. Has she MISSED her period? or is it late? If she missed, HELLO DADDY. My suggestion is you sit with her and discuss this. If you can't afford to care for her and her POSSIBLE future child, see a counselor before simply terminating. You can have it adopted. Just think about it before acting. By three weeks, a fetus has already begun brain development, and has a neurol tube. Most women don't even find out they're pregnant til a little after that.
Keep all this in mind please.
I suggest you get a pregnancy test, or even better, she should go to the doctor, that's the surest way to find out. She also needs to stop taking her pills. If she's pregnant, the pills COULD hurt it.
Was she on anitbiotics? The urban legend about antibiotics affecting BCPs is true. Aderall, and other stimulants also have the same affect.

She should get a pregnancy test just to be safe.
Truthfully, going on the sugar pills is what causes her to have her period. If she does not take the sugar pills she won't have a period. I wouldn't sweat it if I were you, but still get a test just to be safe.
Also, if she misses even one active pill, you should use a back up form of BC (i.e. condoms) for at least one week.

If she missed a few birth control pills and then starts taking them again, you should wait longer then 4 or 5 days, the doctor will even tell you this but if she forgets to take them, you guys should wait at least ONE MONTH before having sex again so you dont get her pregnant.
