Most of these questions are too vague to give you a good answer for your homework. You're going to have to look them up in your book. Can answer questions 9 and 10 for you though...

9. Earth is called dynamic because it is ever changing, and will look totally different in a matter of millenia (not all that long on a geologic scale).

10. Alfred Wegener was a German interdiciplinary scientist and meteorologist. He was the person who came up with the theory of continental drift. This was the first theory to suggest that the continents of the earth were mobile and were not set in their current position forever. He was the first to suggest that all the continents had once been joined together and came up with the name Pangea (meaning "all lands") for the supercontinent.

Other than those two, I'm not sure what your teacher is looking for, so it would be a good idea for you to look through your textbook.
