When is Jericho coming back on Ten?

Does anyone know when Ten will start the second half of Jericho again, they said February but I havn't seen any ads yet?

New episodes start on Wednesday, 2/21.

I checked my cable box and reports that Jericho is starting off the new season with a 11 episode recap at 7pm central time on wed. February 14th.
