Let's detail this in the best way, without ruining the whole ending.
At the conclusion of "The Order of the Phoenix" (Book 5), Sirius is taken down by a Death Eater with the Avada Kedavra. (This is traumatic for Harry, of course, and for many fans of the series -- since we had been hoping for Harry to live with Sirius instead of the Dursleys.)
Because he is - um, dead... nothing happens to Sirius in "The Half-Blood Prince" - Book 6.
BOOK SEVEN OUT IN JULY!

Sirus Black was killed in Book 5. Therefore nothing can be done to him in Book 6 or 7. He died at the ministry of magic. He was battling a deatheather. Read book 5 and 6 before book 7 comes out.

Sirius Black dies in the fifth book which means he'll die in the movie, he's not in the sixth book and I doubt he'll come back in the seventh.

i hate to tell you this but sirius gets killed in the 5th book.
p.s. someone gets new gets killed in books 4, 5, and 6.
book #7 in set to come out july21 and the 5th movie is to open july 3rd.
